How do I submit work? ›
Async — Slack, email, or a shared request board. Describe what you need, we estimate it, you approve, we build. You can submit requests anytime and we deliver in your priority order.
What happens if a request is bigger than my monthly capacity? ›
We flag it immediately and give you two options: spread it across months within your retainer, or scope it as a separate project (CRM Setup, Custom Workflow Build, etc.) at our standard pricing. Your retainer continues either way.
Can I switch tiers? ›
Yes. After your minimum term, you can move up or down at the start of any month. Most clients start at Core and stay there — some scale up to Systems Partner as their needs grow.
Is this different from a design subscription? ›
Yes. We build functional systems — tools, automations, dashboards, integrations, and workflows. Not logos, brand guides, or social graphics. If your request needs design, we handle the design as part of the build.
